Middlesex County Probate Records

Middlesex County probate records document legal proceedings involving the administration of decedents' estates and the protection of persons unable to manage their affairs. These records are generated and maintained by the Middletown and Saybrook Probate Courts, which serve different locations within Middlesex County.
